Sriracha Avocado Toast

Some people call me snack queen (not really, but I wish they did).  I LOVE snacks.  And this one really hit the spot.  And it hit all of the snack necessities: protein, fiber, and healthy fats.  I'd call all of those hits a home run!  Just toasted a whole wheat English muffin and topped with smashed avocado, smashed black beans, and a dollop of sriracha Hope Hummus (http://www.hopefoods.com/).  And of course red pepper flakes.  You're welcome!
