Flatout Chicken and Roasted Veggie Pizza

Yum

You guys know by now that I am obsessed with Flatouts.  They are low calorie, uber tasty, and most are whole grain.  So when I found out about their new pizza crusts, I was PUMPED.  I had previously used their Flatout Flat Breads as crust, but the one thing they were lacking in was the crunch.  So bring on the crispy pizza crusts.  They are only 130 calories, tasty, and easy.  The only downfall is that they are not whole grain like their sister Flatout tortillas, but that’s a small price to pay.  Where else can you find a pizza crust that is under 150 calories?  Or under 300 calories for that matter!

You have probably seen that I have made a ton of different pizzas with this stuff, but this one was extra good.  I just roasted some veggies (carrots, broccoli, garlic cloves, mushrooms, and snow peas) and shredded a rotisserie chicken.  I used a no sugar added marinara sauce and threw the veggies and chicken on top.  Because no dish is complete without an egg, I of course threw a sunny-side up egg on top.  Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan and red pepper flakes, and your night is MADE.

People talk about physical fitness, but mental health is equally important. I see people suffering and their families feel a sense of shame about it, which doesn’t help. One needs support and understanding. I am now working on an initiative to create awareness about anxiety and depression and help people. http://blog.pinkcityroyals.com/health/world-health-day-happy-jaipur-healthy-jaipur/
