Roasted Vegetables with Turkey Patty Recipe


#easydinnertuesday. That’s a hashtag, right? Roasted mixed veggies with a turkey burger patty. Mixed some feta cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and jalapeños into the burger. Easy!

I should call this my “I just went on vacation and need a heavy dose of vegetables” meal.  This will make you feel great and clean!  Perfect for post weekend or vacation.  And it’s quick and easy.

Turkey Patty:
·         93% lean ground turkey
·         Fresh jalapeño (as much as you can handle)
·         1/2 cup feta cheese
·         2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
·         Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and portion out the size patties you would like. Smoke/Grill/Bake for 15 min at 350 degrees.
